Custom Pack Rarity Changes - Fixed Rarities per pack

Hey,

I think it would be a great feature for the custom pack creator if people could select how many of which rarities are guaranteed per pack.

E.g. for a 9 card pack one might set it to 6 commons, 2 rare, 1 Super Rare or Higher per pack.

It would also be interesting if there could be custom packs in all the formats past Yugioh packs had (e.g. Gold Series format --> 25 cards per pack with 3 Gold Rares)
